Dear Valued Stakeholders,
As we close 2025, I want to personally thank you for your continued trust in Command Alkon.
When I became CEO in November of 2021, it was clear that both our company and the industry we serve were at an inflection point. Command Alkon had a proud history, deep industry roots, and an extraordinary customer base. At the same time, our customers were facing increasing complexity: tighter margins, workforce challenges, rising expectations from their customers, and a technology landscape that was changing faster than ever.
At that time, we made a commitment to modernize – thoughtfully, deliberately, and in close partnership with you, our customers. The past four years have been a journey of focus, investment, and execution.
That focus has come to life in Command Cloud, our unified platform connecting production, dispatch, fleet, and office workflows, helping customers move away from fragmented systems toward simpler, more connected, and more resilient operations. The response we see from customers, and the positive impact this work is having on their businesses, has been deeply encouraging to me.
Focused Strategy, Trusted Execution
Throughout 2025 our strategy remained clear and intentional: to build a globally scalable, cloud-based platform purpose-built for the Heavy Building Materials industry and to deliver it with deep industry expertise. We stayed focused on Ready Mix, Aggregates, Asphalt, and Concrete Products so we could do fewer things, better, for the customers and partners who trust us every day.
What matters most to me is credibility, keeping our promises, and earning trust through consistent follow-through. Throughout 2025, we worked closely with you and your teams to expand our cloud solutions, lay the foundation for an AI-first future, and strengthen training, support, and digital engagement. 2025 was a pivotal year because it showed that our journey over the past four years is not theoretical – we are delivering on the promises we made.
We remain deeply grateful for the partnerships that shape our work, and our philosophy remains unchanged: technology only matters when it helps your organizations succeed today and grow confidently for the future.
Building for the Long Term
In 2025, we also took an important step forward by expanding our fleet and delivery capabilities through the acquisition of Digital Fleet. Fleet and delivery remain among the most operationally complex areas for your organizations, and this investment strengthens our ability to connect your dispatch, fleet, and production into a more unified experience while setting the stage for future optimization and intelligence.
This strategy was not about short-term expansion. Like all of our decision points in 2025, it was about building a more complete, durable platform that can scale globally and support your operations for years to come.
Powered by People
None of this progress happens without great people, both ours and yours.
This past year, Command Alkon was recognized with Top Workplace and Culture Excellence awards which are honors based entirely on employee feedback. I take these recognitions seriously, because they reflect something I see every day: a team that is deeply committed to our customers, to one another, and to doing things the right way.
We have invested heavily in leadership, learning, and continuous improvement because we believe culture is not a side initiative – it is a strategic asset. When our people are supported and empowered, you and your teams feel it.
Just as importantly, our cloud platform and services are here to help you invest in your people and teams —building and sustaining the skills needed to confidently adopt our technology, strengthen day-to-day operations, and drive long-term success.
50 Years Strong—Focused on What’s Next
As we move into 2026, our 50th year delivering innovation to the industry, our focus remains steady:
- Continue building and scaling our unified cloud platform globally
- Expand intelligent planning, optimization, and automation capabilities
- Help your business achieve meaningful improvements in profitability, utilization, safety, and sustainability
- Equip your teams for the future through training, certification, and modern tools
I am especially looking forward to bringing our community together again at Elevate + TRAININGdays 2026, taking place November 16–19, 2026 in San Diego. The Elevate Conference remains an important moment for collaboration, learning, and shared progress across our customers, partners, and teams.
With Gratitude
I am proud of the progress we have made and even more energized by what lies ahead. This journey has required focus, patience, and a willingness to make long-term investments. We are building something real, scalable, and durable, and we are doing it in partnership with the industry we serve. Command Alkon remains financially strong and committed to delivering innovation that solves today’s challenges and shapes the future of heavy building materials operations.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. It is a privilege to serve this industry and to lead the Command Alkon team during such an important chapter.
With sincere appreciation,
Martin Willoughby
